The 2021 vintage of our semi-sweet wine is now created by a 50% / 50% blend of High Plains Roussanne and Malvasia Bianca grapes.  This pale gold wine immediately asserts itself with a rich nose of apple, peach, pear and honeysuckle.  The palate explodes with these apple, pear, peach and white flower themes along with rich honeyed tropical and melon notes.  The balanced acidity provides a satisfying mouthfeel and a clean finish. Serendipity’s semi-sweet character makes it a surprisingly good pairing partner with spicy, salty or sweet and sour dishes including Asian recipes
