The rose of our “ideological” blend of Italian grapes – Dolcetto, Aglianico, Montepulciano and Sangiovese - is made applying the French “Saignee” method with fully ripe fruit followed by secondary fermentation to produce a deep rose salmon-hued wine offering a nose of strawberry, rose petals, and citrus notes.  Strawberry continues on the palate along with melon, rose petal and stone fruit and a bright but pleasing acidity.
